When you first hear the term outdoor structures, the immediate thought that probably comes to mind are constructions made for the use of people. But, there are so many interesting accessories made for gardens today to house and support the natural creatures that live in and visit your outdoor space that they should be shared.

For example, there is a pollinating bee log that provides winter accommodations for not only mason bees, but also other insects. The log is quite visually appealing, is safe for children to be around, and is inexpensively priced at sixteen pounds. There are plenty more of these little habitats, but this is a great place to start your role as landlord.
